Workouts

Hey everyone! here is the weekly workout schedule for the Fall 2012 semester! we are hoping to keep this schedule more or less the same for the spring 2013 semester too.

Sunday- Bike “chat” ride (aka easy ride) 3 pm, ICI
Monday- Swim at Riddle pool, 12:00-1:45. You don’t have to come right at 12 nor do you have to stay until 1:45. Come when you’re schedule has a break.
Monday- yoga at 4:30, then run at 5:30 outside the fitness center as usual
Tuesday- Run (should be able to run at least 4-5 miles at a moderate pace), 6 am. Meet in front of the gym.
Wednesday- Run (for those who hate running, have never run before, or who just need an easy day of training), 6:30 pm, meet in front of gym.
Friday- Swim (same as Monday).
Saturday- Bike ride in Deland with other local cyclists. This is a difficult ride. If you want a challenge, come! Meet in front of ICI at 7:15 to drive over. Rides are available.
**You don’t have to come to every workout. Just find what suits your schedule and ability and we’ll see you there!
